Inside Out

"Inside Out" is a captivating projection mapping installation that transformed the exterior of Viborg Cathedral during the 2021 Viborg Animation Festival (VAF). Developed by Tumblehead in collaboration with Viborg Kommune and The Animation Workshop, the project brought Joakim Skovgaard's renowned frescoes to life through dynamic animations projected onto the cathedral's walls. This fusion of historical art and modern technology highlighted Viborg's rich cultural heritage and its vibrant animation scene, offering audiences a unique visual experience that blended tradition with innovation.
